Aji peppers are well-known in South American cuisine, but can be a challenge to grow in northern regions. Aji Rico is the answer for gardeners and fresh market farmers looking for unique, in-demand flavours to spice up recipes. Our first-in-this-type hybrid hot Capsicum baccatum pepper has more plant vigour, higher yield and earlier ripening than other O.P. heirloom types. Loads of taste…loads of uses…loads of in-store appeal!
